Uma pequena mensagem com o objetivo de ressaltar alguns pontos fundamentais no plano de EVS para ajudá-los a manter-se focados no que querem conseguir e poder fazer os respectivos ajustes.
1- O objetivo final em tudo o que fazemos no negócio é a construção de um cheque de royalties. O consumo é somente parte do processo, não é o objetivo final. Mas o número de participantes (novos e repetidores) é fundamental para o sucesso do modelo. Precisamos de um número significativo de participantes para que o modelo de negócio seja rentável (venda direta) e, a partir daí, recrutar aqueles que desenvolverão o negócio e nos permitirão duplicar. Para isso é indispensável trabalhar o EVS por um tempo razoável (90-120 dias) chegando a um mínimo de 25-30 participantes diários (EVS de sucesso). Isso vai depender principalmente de dois fatores: o número de convites feitos diariamente e o foco em conseguir indicações de seus distribuidores ou clientes atuais.
2- Como em qualquer método de negocio, é fundamental a disciplina no preenchimento dos controles. É neste mapa que você registra toda a atividade e os resultados diários, semanais e mensais. O compromisso com o preenchimento diário dos controles permite:
- Ter um registro de toda a atividade para evitar cair no autoengano.
- Conhecer suas estatísticas pessoais e ter uma ideia clara de quantas pessoas convida para ter um novo consumidor, quantos consumidores novos para ter um repetidor, quantos repetidores para ter um distribuidor, etc.
- Chegar ao ponto ideal do negócio: poder prever nossos resultados futuros com base na nossa atividade atual.
- Liderar pelo exemplo e fazer do controle a melhor ferramenta de treinamento e recrutamento de novos distribuidores. É indispensável explicar o negócio a um novo prospecto ou distribuidor com base nos resultados fornecidos pelo controle (MAPA).- Poder fazer ajustes na atividade e atitude quando os resultados não são os esperados. Além disso, podemos determinar onde está o problema com clareza. Falta de convites? Convite com uma mensagem fraca? Local incorreto? Etc.
3- A retenção dos consumidores e a obtenção de indicações através dos mesmos é ponto chave no sucesso do EVS. Sem retenção e indicações estaremos andando em círculos. Portanto, precisamos de um plano de promoções e incentivos para conseguir esse objetivo.
4- A atitude em tudo o que fazemos na Herbalife, não é o mais importante, é simplesmente TUDO! Como você se sente com o produto, o negócio e seu futuro, serão fundamentais para transmitir a mensagem de forma correta. Essa atitude torna você atrativo e permite criar, desde o princípio, o ambiente correto dentro do EVS.
5- O trabalho do EVS deve vir acompanhado pela participação ativa em um SISTEMA DE APOIO. Sem sistema de apoio não haverá duplicação nem desenvolvimento de liderança, portanto, não conseguiremos o objetivo final que é a construção de um cheque de ROYALTIES. Nunca o horário de funcionamento do EVS deve interferir no Sistema de Apoio, porque do contrário seremos somente um Supervisor com um bom volume pessoal mensal, equivalente a um Supervisor que use outro método de negócio e somente se dedique a construir uma base de clientes. Certamente não tem nada de ruim, só é importante ter claro quais são seus objetivos. Se seu objetivo é chegar a ganhar 3, 4, ou até 5000 dólares ao mês, você pode conseguir com um EVS de sucesso. Já vimos, inclusive, EVS com mais de 100 acessos e seu anfitrião ganhando 7000 dólares ao mês nos EUA. Mas, se o objetivo é ter um Cheque de Presidente e a liberdade e independência que isso implica, o sistema de apoio pra gerar a duplicação é fundamental e indispensável.
6- Sistema de Apoio são todas aquelas reuniões que fazemos em grupo para reconhecer e incentivar nossos clientes, dar treinamentos sobre as diferentes áreas do negócio, reuniões da oportunidade, seminários, etc. É curioso quando o EGO dos líderes começa a mudar o nome das atividades que estão fixadas na mente dos distribuidores como HOM, STS, Quickstarts, SVS, Academias, State Meetings, Extravaganzas, etc. E no final o que acontece é que estas "novas reuniões" (agora chamadas por outros nomes) são exatamente a mesma coisa. Como Líder deste negócio você deve entender a importância de manter esses nomes para evitar confusões e seguir o plano de eventos desenvolvido para toda a região pelos Comitês Regionais e Grupo S&P Nacional. O círculo externo de eventos não é negociável para ter o crescimento dos Cheques de Royalties. STS, State Meetings, Extravaganzas, WTS.
7- Se você está pensando em abrir um EVS, minha recomendação é que, uma vez estando claro como operar e os objetivos do teu plano, você o abra sozinho. Quero dizer que seja um EVS onde trabalhe um único Supervisor, você. Ter teu próprio EVS te trará muitas vantagens como a disciplina, administração do tempo, compromisso, duplicação do modelo e evitar o autoengano. A respeito do modelo financeiro, é só uma sugestão, mas sugiro que o aluguel mensal do EVS seja algo por volta de 300 dólares, e em nenhum caso seja superior a 500 dólares.
8- Apesar de trabalhar sozinho (um EVS por ID), o negócio não é solitário. Trabalhar em equipe com outros distribuidores com as regras corretas do negócio, é importante porque você conseguirá a motivação para melhorar no que faz e transformar-se, pouco a pouco, em um melhor distribuidor. É a vantagem, por exemplo, de fazer parte de uma equipe na hora de fazer exercícios, essa motivação de se comprometer com o treinamento todos os dias, de aumentar os esforços, melhorar o tempo, etc, é a chave no resultado final. Só se certifique de estar rodeado dos distribuidores corretos, que ajudem a aumentar suas metas de vendas, recrutamento, volume pessoal e atitude. Não existe melhor ambiente para conseguir isso que na HERBALIFE.
9- Tenha sempre a consciência que o trabalho no EVS deve vir acompanhado pela mina de ouro do negócio Herbalife, o desenvolvimento do círculo de influência dos clientes e distribuidores em profundidade. Assim que, como diz nosso Patrocinador, Juan Miguel Mendoza, lembre que o EVS trabalha de fora pra dentro, mas também de dentro para fora. Isso significa que é fundamental esse trabalho de Festa do Shake para desenvolver os centros de influência de nossos consumidores e novos distribuidores.
10- Por último quero ser muito enfático no seguinte: Não estou de acordo com a personalização e a criação de novas etiquetas para os métodos de operação. Isso, com minha experiência de mais de 18 anos no negócio ocasiona:
- Distrações no negócio, já que uma percentagem importante de distribuidores pensa que agora, com a nova fórmula mágica, conseguirão os resultados que estão buscando. Quando o principal problema da sua falta de resultados não é o método que seguem, mas sua quantidade de atividades, disciplina, hábitos de trabalho, atitude, estratégia e desenvolvimento como líder. Nesse ponto é importante entender que é muito mais fácil buscar culpados e dar desculpas sobre nossa falta de resultados, que assumir TOTAL RESPONSABILIDADE sobre eles.- Colocar o método como principal responsável do nosso sucesso e esquecer que as verdadeiras estrelas são os PRODUTOS e o PLANO DE MARKETING.
- Criar divisões e panelinhas entre os distribuidores quando, no final, todos estamos fazendo a mesma coisa: HERBALIFE!!! Nossa competição não está dentro do negócio, pois o sucesso de cada um de nossos companheiros de trabalho é importante. Trabalhar em equipe em cada cidade respeitando todos os métodos de negócio, ética e objetivos comuns permitirá que nossos objetivos individuais cheguem mais rápido. Muito em breve falaremos de uma iniciativa genial que é ver cada cidade como os países antigos e criar estratégias conjuntas para levar as vendas e penetração per capita de cada cidade a níveis inimagináveis nos dias de hoje. Isso somente será possível com trabalho de equipe.
- Despromover outros métodos de operação. O tipo de testemunho de: "Estive no negócio perdido por muitos anos, mas agora graças ao plano___ estou fora de controle" Isto só demonstra uma falta de maturidade, bom senso e compreensão do nosso negócio. Fizemos 33 anos de HERBALIFE graças ao trabalho realizado no passado e, fundamentalmente, aos Produtos e Plano de Marketing. Isto não quer dizer que não podemos evoluir e melhorar como distribuidores para fazermos cada vez mais eficazes as diferentes áreas do negócio mas, NUNCA, se deve despromover ou destruir o restante. Para promover seus resultados e o que você faz não tem que despromover o que os outros distribuidores estão desenvolvendo. E estar preparado, porque o futuro é incrível e agora rumo aos 10 bilhões de dólares anuais em vendas virão através da experiência de muitos distribuidores, ideias brilhantes para tornar ainda mais eficiente nosso trabalho. Mas lembre-se sempre dos princípios e os fundamentos, e também que o senso comum do negócio será sempre o mesmo!!
Assim convido você a não se deixar nunca seduzir pelo "NOVO MÉTODO E SISTEMA DA MODA" e a lembrar que os princípios do sucesso do negócio na HERBALIFE sempre foram e continuarão sendo os mesmos. 1- O objetivo final em tudo o que fazemos no negócio é a construção de um cheque de royalties. O consumo é somente parte do processo, não é o objetivo final. Mas o número de participantes (novos e repetidores) é fundamental para o sucesso do modelo. Precisamos de um número significativo de participantes para que o modelo de negócio seja rentável (venda direta) e, a partir daí, recrutar aqueles que desenvolverão o negócio e nos permitirão duplicar. Para isso é indispensável trabalhar o EVS por um tempo razoável (90-120 dias) chegando a um mínimo de 25-30 participantes diários (EVS de sucesso). Isso vai depender principalmente de dois fatores: o número de convites feitos diariamente e o foco em conseguir indicações de seus distribuidores ou clientes atuais.
2- Como em qualquer método de negocio, é fundamental a disciplina no preenchimento dos controles. É neste mapa que você registra toda a atividade e os resultados diários, semanais e mensais. O compromisso com o preenchimento diário dos controles permite:
- Ter um registro de toda a atividade para evitar cair no autoengano.
- Conhecer suas estatísticas pessoais e ter uma ideia clara de quantas pessoas convida para ter um novo consumidor, quantos consumidores novos para ter um repetidor, quantos repetidores para ter um distribuidor, etc.
- Chegar ao ponto ideal do negócio: poder prever nossos resultados futuros com base na nossa atividade atual.
- Liderar pelo exemplo e fazer do controle a melhor ferramenta de treinamento e recrutamento de novos distribuidores. É indispensável explicar o negócio a um novo prospecto ou distribuidor com base nos resultados fornecidos pelo controle (MAPA).- Poder fazer ajustes na atividade e atitude quando os resultados não são os esperados. Além disso, podemos determinar onde está o problema com clareza. Falta de convites? Convite com uma mensagem fraca? Local incorreto? Etc.
3- A retenção dos consumidores e a obtenção de indicações através dos mesmos é ponto chave no sucesso do EVS. Sem retenção e indicações estaremos andando em círculos. Portanto, precisamos de um plano de promoções e incentivos para conseguir esse objetivo.
4- A atitude em tudo o que fazemos na Herbalife, não é o mais importante, é simplesmente TUDO! Como você se sente com o produto, o negócio e seu futuro, serão fundamentais para transmitir a mensagem de forma correta. Essa atitude torna você atrativo e permite criar, desde o princípio, o ambiente correto dentro do EVS.
5- O trabalho do EVS deve vir acompanhado pela participação ativa em um SISTEMA DE APOIO. Sem sistema de apoio não haverá duplicação nem desenvolvimento de liderança, portanto, não conseguiremos o objetivo final que é a construção de um cheque de ROYALTIES. Nunca o horário de funcionamento do EVS deve interferir no Sistema de Apoio, porque do contrário seremos somente um Supervisor com um bom volume pessoal mensal, equivalente a um Supervisor que use outro método de negócio e somente se dedique a construir uma base de clientes. Certamente não tem nada de ruim, só é importante ter claro quais são seus objetivos. Se seu objetivo é chegar a ganhar 3, 4, ou até 5000 dólares ao mês, você pode conseguir com um EVS de sucesso. Já vimos, inclusive, EVS com mais de 100 acessos e seu anfitrião ganhando 7000 dólares ao mês nos EUA. Mas, se o objetivo é ter um Cheque de Presidente e a liberdade e independência que isso implica, o sistema de apoio pra gerar a duplicação é fundamental e indispensável.
6- Sistema de Apoio são todas aquelas reuniões que fazemos em grupo para reconhecer e incentivar nossos clientes, dar treinamentos sobre as diferentes áreas do negócio, reuniões da oportunidade, seminários, etc. É curioso quando o EGO dos líderes começa a mudar o nome das atividades que estão fixadas na mente dos distribuidores como HOM, STS, Quickstarts, SVS, Academias, State Meetings, Extravaganzas, etc. E no final o que acontece é que estas "novas reuniões" (agora chamadas por outros nomes) são exatamente a mesma coisa. Como Líder deste negócio você deve entender a importância de manter esses nomes para evitar confusões e seguir o plano de eventos desenvolvido para toda a região pelos Comitês Regionais e Grupo S&P Nacional. O círculo externo de eventos não é negociável para ter o crescimento dos Cheques de Royalties. STS, State Meetings, Extravaganzas, WTS.
7- Se você está pensando em abrir um EVS, minha recomendação é que, uma vez estando claro como operar e os objetivos do teu plano, você o abra sozinho. Quero dizer que seja um EVS onde trabalhe um único Supervisor, você. Ter teu próprio EVS te trará muitas vantagens como a disciplina, administração do tempo, compromisso, duplicação do modelo e evitar o autoengano. A respeito do modelo financeiro, é só uma sugestão, mas sugiro que o aluguel mensal do EVS seja algo por volta de 300 dólares, e em nenhum caso seja superior a 500 dólares.
8- Apesar de trabalhar sozinho (um EVS por ID), o negócio não é solitário. Trabalhar em equipe com outros distribuidores com as regras corretas do negócio, é importante porque você conseguirá a motivação para melhorar no que faz e transformar-se, pouco a pouco, em um melhor distribuidor. É a vantagem, por exemplo, de fazer parte de uma equipe na hora de fazer exercícios, essa motivação de se comprometer com o treinamento todos os dias, de aumentar os esforços, melhorar o tempo, etc, é a chave no resultado final. Só se certifique de estar rodeado dos distribuidores corretos, que ajudem a aumentar suas metas de vendas, recrutamento, volume pessoal e atitude. Não existe melhor ambiente para conseguir isso que na HERBALIFE.
9- Tenha sempre a consciência que o trabalho no EVS deve vir acompanhado pela mina de ouro do negócio Herbalife, o desenvolvimento do círculo de influência dos clientes e distribuidores em profundidade. Assim que, como diz nosso Patrocinador, Juan Miguel Mendoza, lembre que o EVS trabalha de fora pra dentro, mas também de dentro para fora. Isso significa que é fundamental esse trabalho de Festa do Shake para desenvolver os centros de influência de nossos consumidores e novos distribuidores.
10- Por último quero ser muito enfático no seguinte: Não estou de acordo com a personalização e a criação de novas etiquetas para os métodos de operação. Isso, com minha experiência de mais de 18 anos no negócio ocasiona:
- Distrações no negócio, já que uma percentagem importante de distribuidores pensa que agora, com a nova fórmula mágica, conseguirão os resultados que estão buscando. Quando o principal problema da sua falta de resultados não é o método que seguem, mas sua quantidade de atividades, disciplina, hábitos de trabalho, atitude, estratégia e desenvolvimento como líder. Nesse ponto é importante entender que é muito mais fácil buscar culpados e dar desculpas sobre nossa falta de resultados, que assumir TOTAL RESPONSABILIDADE sobre eles.- Colocar o método como principal responsável do nosso sucesso e esquecer que as verdadeiras estrelas são os PRODUTOS e o PLANO DE MARKETING.
- Criar divisões e panelinhas entre os distribuidores quando, no final, todos estamos fazendo a mesma coisa: HERBALIFE!!! Nossa competição não está dentro do negócio, pois o sucesso de cada um de nossos companheiros de trabalho é importante. Trabalhar em equipe em cada cidade respeitando todos os métodos de negócio, ética e objetivos comuns permitirá que nossos objetivos individuais cheguem mais rápido. Muito em breve falaremos de uma iniciativa genial que é ver cada cidade como os países antigos e criar estratégias conjuntas para levar as vendas e penetração per capita de cada cidade a níveis inimagináveis nos dias de hoje. Isso somente será possível com trabalho de equipe.
- Despromover outros métodos de operação. O tipo de testemunho de: "Estive no negócio perdido por muitos anos, mas agora graças ao plano___ estou fora de controle" Isto só demonstra uma falta de maturidade, bom senso e compreensão do nosso negócio. Fizemos 33 anos de HERBALIFE graças ao trabalho realizado no passado e, fundamentalmente, aos Produtos e Plano de Marketing. Isto não quer dizer que não podemos evoluir e melhorar como distribuidores para fazermos cada vez mais eficazes as diferentes áreas do negócio mas, NUNCA, se deve despromover ou destruir o restante. Para promover seus resultados e o que você faz não tem que despromover o que os outros distribuidores estão desenvolvendo. E estar preparado, porque o futuro é incrível e agora rumo aos 10 bilhões de dólares anuais em vendas virão através da experiência de muitos distribuidores, ideias brilhantes para tornar ainda mais eficiente nosso trabalho. Mas lembre-se sempre dos princípios e os fundamentos, e também que o senso comum do negócio será sempre o mesmo!!
Assim convido você a não se deixar nunca seduzir pelo "NOVO MÉTODO E SISTEMA DA MODA" e a lembrar que os princípios do sucesso do negócio na HERBALIFE sempre foram e continuarão sendo os mesmos. Se você tem a atitude correta e está disposto a aprender quando vir algo que vale a pena acrescentar a teu negócio, ótimo! Mas nunca coloque o método de operação como protagonista e muito menos despromova os outros.
